TOR MINERALS INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS MICHAEL DALTON AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, September 4, 2026 – TOR Minerals International, Inc. (OTC-Pink:TORM), a leading global provider of high-performance specialty mineral products, announces the appointment of Michael Dalton as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2026.
Dalton brings more than 25 years of international experience in the energy and utilities sector, together with extensive technical, commercial and project management experience. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds an engineering degree from University College Dublin. He joined TOR Minerals as Chief Operating Officer in 2024 and has played a key role in the Company’s operational and commercial development.
During his tenure, Dalton has helped strengthen TOR Minerals’ international operations and expanded the Company’s boehmite business for catalyst and lithium-ion battery applications, while supporting growth across its specialty minerals portfolio.
