Marketing activities

In this event, Torminerals ensures that appropriate safeguards aimed at ensuring such a level of data protection are in place, including by selecting service providers that are certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks pursuant to article 45 of the GDPR, or executing data transfer agreements based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to article 46 of the GDPR.
